In general, to calculate each installment (Repayment Schedule), the Bank adds one per cent on top of the announced interest rate and the result is rounded up to the nearest 100 baht. (fraction of 1-99 rounded to 100).
We round-up the result so that we do not have to amend the Loan Agreement and Installment Agreement each time the interest rate is changed. The Bank will use any excess amount paid as a result of the rounding to reduce principal. Therefore, if there is no interest rate change, your loan will be fully repaid before the period stated in the agreement.
