Home mortgage payment services via counter service
  1. Customers can pay at 7-11 Shop and shops with Counter Service symbols across the country (open during normal business hours)
  2. Cash payments - not more than Bt30,000/transaction
  3. Service fee - Bt15 per transaction
  4. Payments will be credited on the Bank’s next working day after the customer makes payment.

 Housing Loan Payments via Pay-at-Post Service 

 

  1. Customers can make payments at 1,150 post offices nationwide every Monday – Friday between 8.30 – 16.30 and every Saturday between 8.00 – 13.00 (some offices)
  2. Service fee is Bt10 per transaction
  3. Not more than Bt 50,000 per transaction - cash only
  4. Payment effective on the next working day from payment date  
 
Home mortgage payment services via Tesco Lotus Counter Services
  1. Customers can pay at Tesco Lotus and at Tesco Lotus Express stores Counter Services across the country (open during normal business hours)
  2. Cash payments - not more than Bt49,000 per transaction from October 1, 2011 onwards
  3. Special service fee is
    • Bt7 per transaction (regular fee Bt10 per transaction); starting now until  February 28, 2014
  4. Bank will deduct payments on the bank’s next working day from the day customer makes payment.

 Housing Loan Payment Services via Counters of Bank
 for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives  

  1. Payment can be made at 650 BAAC branches nationwide every Monday – Friday from 8.30 – 15.30.
  2. Service fee is Bt10 per transaction in Bangkok and surrounding areas, and Bt15 per transaction in provinces
  3. Unlimited amount per transaction, cash only
  4. Payment effective on the next working day from payment date
   

 
House bill payment services via AIS shop, Telewiz and payment points at mPAY station
  1. Pat at Mpay station service points. Open normal business hours.
  2. Not more than Bt 50,000 per transaction - cash only
  3. Service fee is Bt12 /  transaction
  4. Bank will deduct payments on the bank’s next working day from the day customer makes payment.

The Bank waives service fees at the following branches
1 Mega Bangna branch (January 2 - June 30,2013)
2 Central Rama III branch (January 2-June 30,2013)
3 Esplanade branch (February 1 - june 30,2013)
• The Bank's customers   may pay housing loans at all   cashiers. Service fees Bt5(reduced from Bt12(January1 - December 31,2013)

   

Housing Loan Payment Services via TOT Counter Services (Just Pay)
  1. Payments can be made at 160 TOT counter services nationwide
    • Service centers open every Monday – Friday from 8.00 – 17.00 and Saturday from 8.00 – 12.00 (some branches in Bangkok)
    • Service centers at department store open everyday during open hours
  2. Service fee is Bt10 per transaction in Bangkok and surrounding areas, and Bt 15 per transaction in provinces
  3. Cash payment of not more than Bt 30,000 per transaction
  4. Payments effective on the next working day from payment date

*TOT Public Company Limited has informed us that “Just Pay” housing payments will be available again from November 14, 2011 onwards

 House bill payment services via Jay Mart Pay Point Counter Services  
  1. Customers can pay at Counter Services at Jay Mart or at shops with Jay Mart Pay Point symbols across the country (open during normal business hours)
  2. Pay by cash (no limit per transaction)
  3. Special service fee is Bt10 per transaction
  4. Payments will be credited on the Bank’s next working day after customer makes payment.
 Home mortgage payment services via counter True Money Express  

  1. customers can pay at Shops with True Express. Symbols across the country (open during normal business hours)ิ
  2. pay by cash –not more than Bt 30,000 /transaction
  3. special service fee is Bt 10 per transaction
  4. Payments will be credited on the Bank’s next working day after customer makes payment.


Customers will receive payment slips from service providers (instead of payment receipts). The Bank will inform customers via SMS (will not print and mail payment receipts to customer).
